With over 12 years of experience in market development, business strategy, and cross-border consulting, Adina has played a key role in shaping W&A’s expansion efforts. Fluent in Chinese, English, and Vietnamese, she brings a global perspective combined with deep local expertise, enabling her to deliver tailored solutions that address the diverse needs of our clients.

As Head of Mandarin-Speaking Client Division, Adina will oversee market entry strategies, organizational improvements, and strategic partnerships across industries such as manufacturing, trading and services. Her leadership in fostering collaboration with government agencies, industry leaders, and international stakeholders has significantly contributed to W&A’s growth and reputation.

Adina holds an MBA and is currently pursuing a Doctorate, further underscoring her commitment to professional excellence and thought leadership in the field.
